የስራ ልምድ/ሬዙሜ ዝግጅት ድጋፍ

ኢማና (ECAN) የማህበረሰቡ አባላት ፕሮፌሽናል የሆነ የስራ ልምድ (Résumé) እና የማመልከቻ ደብዳቤ እንዲያዘጋጁ የአውደ ጥናት ድጋፍ ያደርጋል። ይህም ስራ ፈላጊዎች ብቃታቸውን በሚገባ እንዲያሳዩ እና በቅጥር ወቅት ያላቸውን በራስ የመተማመን መንፈስ እንዲጨምር ይረዳል።

የስራ ዕድል እና ጥቆማ

ከአካባቢው አሰሪዎች እና የስራ ስምሪት ኤጀንሲዎች ጋር በመተባበር አባላትን ከስራ ዕድሎች ጋር እናገናኛለን። ኢማና ግለሰቦች የተሻለ የስራ ዕድል እንዲያገኙ ክፍት የስራ ቦታዎችን ይጠቁማል፤ እንዲሁም የድጋፍ ደብዳቤዎችን ይሰጣል።

ለወጣቶች የልምምድ ስራ ዕድሎች

ኢማና ለተማሪዎች እና ለወጣት ባለሙያዎች የልምምድ ስራ (Internship) ዕድሎችን ለመፍጠር ከተለያዩ ድርጅቶች ጋር ይሰራል:: ይህም ወጣቶች ተግባራዊ ክህሎት እንዲቀስሙ እና ሙያዊ ትስስር እንዲፈጥሩ ይረዳቸዋል።

የሙያ ምክር እና የኔትወርክ ግንኙነት

ስራ ፈላጊዎችን ተሞክሮ ካላቸው ባለሙያዎች እና የንግድ መሪዎች ጋር እናገናኛለን። በሙያ መመሪያ እና በክህሎት ማሳደጊያ ዝግጅቶች አማካኝነት ተሳታፊዎች ጠቃሚ እውቀቶችን እና የአመራር ብቃትን ያገኛሉ።

ኢማና የሙያ ምክር፣ ለቃለ-መጠይቅ ዝግጅት እና የስራ ዝግጁነት ስልጠናዎችን ይሰጣል። እነዚህ ፕሮግራሞች ግለሰቦች የሙያ መንገዳቸውን እንዲያገኙ እና የተረጋጋ የስራ ህይወት እንዲኖራቸው ይረዳሉ።
